Chili con carne

Chili con carne


First: Cock the rice.
Then use oil preferably coconut oil
Add some onions
 Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
Fry the meat
Render the vegetable
Take 300 ml water.
Put the back chili con carne and mix this with the water.
Make sure the meat is done.
throw it in and the tomato paste too.
froth it.
Put the hotsaus in it and let it cook.
Let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Put some Ananas (with a bit of juice).
Take it from cooking.
Last: put the kidney beans in it, warm it up, don't let it cook.
